Job Description A Bi-Lingual Real Estate Agent assists clients with the sale and purchase of their property. This position requires ambitious, communicative and creative real estate agents who have stellar customer service skills. As a Real Estate Agent, your income is tied directly to performance through commissions. The more transactions you facilitate, the more compensation you will earn. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not uncommon for a Real Estate Agent to be earning over $100,000. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.
